Our services are digital in nature and delivered instantly through our AI Skin Analyzer Tool.

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

  • Once a payment or subscription has been successfully processed, access to premium features is activated immediately.

  • Because the service is fully delivered at the time of purchase, refunds are generally not provided.

  • Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or system malfunction verified by our support team.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email contact@skinwellhealth.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Include:

  • Your full name

  • Transaction ID / invoice number

  • Reason for request

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Recurring Payments / Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.

4. Disputes and Resolution

For any payment-related dispute, please contact us first before opening a claim with the payment gateway.
