1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Once a payment or subscription has been successfully processed, access to premium features is activated immediately. 
- 
Because the service is fully delivered at the time of purchase, refunds are generally not provided. 
- 
Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate payment, technical error, or system malfunction verified by our support team. 
2. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email contact@skinwellhealth.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Include:

Your full name 
- 
Transaction ID / invoice number 
- 
Reason for request 
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
3. Recurring Payments / Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. 
- 
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges. 
4. Disputes and Resolution
For any payment-related dispute, please contact us first before opening a claim with the payment gateway.
